She specialises in aviation, tourism and labour law as well as in ongoing corporate legal assistance.
She provides comprehensive legal assistance for entrepreneurs, advising them in all issues related with ongoing operations. She assists her clients in setting up, registering and running a business. She advises on drafting and concluding contracts as well as on business risk and civil liability incurred by an entrepreneur. She has vast experience in negotiations.
She specialises in services for air carriers, airport operators and aviation insurance companies. She provides legal advice on establishing and operation of airports. She was engaged in the process of establishment and certification of Warsaw/Modlin Airport and its launch as a public use aerodrome. She supports the airport operator on a current basis in issues related with ongoing operations and commercial activities of the airport. She advises air carriers on aircraft lease agreements and on aircraft crew working time. She assists insurers in issues related with civil liability insurance of aircraft operators and aerocasco insurance. She is engaged in legislative works on amendments to the Polish, European and international aviation law.
She is an expert in the field of collective and individual labour law. She advises employers on preparation of internal regulations required by labour law, collective bargains, collective agreements and contracts with employees. She represents employers in negotiations with trade unions and in collective disputes. She successfully conducted precedential cases, e.g. a litigation brought by 400 employees, concerning the notion of regular salary for overtime, termination of a corporate collective labour agreement with a clause similar to the longevity clause, introduction of collective labour law documents neglecting the Miner's Charter, employment of aviation and aircraft personnel under civil-law contracts.
Before MMMLegal was established she worked as a legal counsel at LOT Polish Airlines and at the "Polish Airports" State Enterprise. At LOT Polish Airlines she also worked in the position of the Legal Office Director. She cooperated with international aviation organisations. She represented the "Polish Airports" State Enterprise in the Political Committee of an international airport organisation - Airports Council International.
For many years she was an aviation law lecturer at the Faculty of Aviation and Air Defence of the National Defence University in Rembertów, she also conducts trainings in this field. She is an author of publications on aviation law.
She has been a legal counsel since 2003. She graduated from the University of Wrocław, where she obtained three degrees: Master Degree in Law, Master Degree in Management and Master Degree in English Philology. She is fluent in English.
